(Crunchy & creamy) (ground peanuts and salt-nothing else!!) Peanuts have as good as an amino acid balance as any vegetable food. They are about 25% protein and very rich in nutrients. Their fat content is about 50% of the nut, and 3/4 of it is unsaturated. And, the B vitamin content is better than that of most nuts. But the strongest reason for using it in our energy bar, 3BAR, is that is tastes so damn good! Who doesn't like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches?

Premium dark and dairy free chocolate has been carefully blended to add just the right amount of its richness to our energy bars. Chocolate has been linked to serotonin levels in the brain and scientists claim that chocolate, eaten in moderation, can even lower blood pressure. We knew that our energy bars could not be without its known health benefits and soothing flavor. So, we added dark and dairy free chocolate to two of our bars! Enjoy!
